Learn the essential skills to lead and manage teams. Our leadership roles (known as Support Staff) manage teams at each camp to organize events, write activity plans, and support camper and staff well being.

Our kitchen staff are the beating heart of each camp! Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just learning your seasonings, we are looking for staff to cook the meals at camp. Meals are made from scratch and support all dietary restrictions - with no fryers! Looking to lead? Consider being a Head Cook or Food Service Director. 

Our trips staff are key to sharing the beauty and adventure of hiking, canoeing, and rock climbing. We’re looking for trips staff for almost all of our camps to lead small groups of a variety of genders and ages.   

You bring the nursing skills, we’ll bring the camp magic. Looking for quality healthcare staff to keep campers healthy and jump in and be a part of our community. More interested in behavioral health? We have a spot for you too!

Counselors are the most essential role - with our training and your heart, you’ll make memories for our campers that can last a lifetime. Counselors live in a cabin with campers, work in an activity area, and plan amazing adventures for our campers.

Great staff keep everything running on time. Hiring for drivers, office staff, logistics, and hospitality in roles that don’t only work at one specific F&W camp.
