SUMMER CAMP TOURS

If you are a prospective family, one of the best ways to see what Farm & Wilderness has to offer is to join us for a tour of our grounds.  If you can't get to us in person this summer, you can still use the form below to let us know you're interested and we'll find a way to share with you across space and time!

TOUR DATES Summer 2025

Firefly Song (9-14, Girls and Gender Expansive) 

Three tours scheduled:   July 3rd, 21st, 31st. 

Timberlake (9-14, Boys and Gender Expansive) 

Three tours scheduled: July 4th, 22nd, August 1st. 

Saltash Mountain SAM Dances (11-14, all genders): 

Two tours are scheduled: July14th & August 6th.

Barn Day Camp (4-10, all genders): Upon Request

Tamarack Farm (15-17, all genders): Upon Request

WHERE TO MEET AND WHEN: 

All tour groups will meet at our Barn Day Camp parking lot at 2:45 and will depart promptly at 3:00. Tours should conclude to return to the parking lot by 4pm.   Please be timely as we cannot wait for any delayed arrivals, and we do not get coverage to get any "running late" message while in the lot! 

Saltash Mountain is an ~30 minute drive from our Woodward location, and we will all still meet at the Barn Day Camp parking lot to head that way after BDC closing. After these tours, SAM camp is holding it's SAM dance, where other campers and Barn Day Campers & their families are also invited to dinner and to a post-meal contradance. You're invited to stay through dinner & dancing if you'd like, and it's also more than fine to say farewell after the tour!
