- Once you sign up you will get a unique link to invite your network
- When referrals use your link, they will be able to fill out the staff application and are assigned to you as referrals (that’s how we can easily keep track!)
- Referrals go through our hiring process, and if hired AND show up for work at F&W....we will send you a check for $250 for each separate referral!
