Application Process

It’s quick and easy. Resume not required (but do submit one if you have it - we promise we won’t make you type it in again after!).

We’ll schedule a 30 minute interview where we’ll want to know why you want to work camp and your relevant experience. We’ll also help you choose which camp and position is right for you.

This longer interview will be a chance for you to get to know your (potential) future Director and for us to get to know you. Bring questions!

If it’s a good match, you’ll receive an email offer with dates and salary.

If you receive an offer from one of our camp directors, we’ll conduct a background check and ask for references (we do work with kids after all).

After all that you’ll complete your paperwork (including proof you’re legally eligible to work) and prepare to travel to camp. Don’t worry, we’ll help you figure out how to get here!
