CAMP DIRECTIONS AND TRAVEL
Who's ready for Summer?!
For GPS/phone, you can use the main office address – 401 Farm and Wilderness Road, Plymouth, VT 05056.
You will turn off of route 100 onto Farm & Wilderness Rd by our large green entrance sign. Each camp is located along Farm & Wilderness Rd in the order listed above. There will be specific directions for registered camp families on when and where to drop-off and pick-up for each camp and session.
From our entrance, staff and signage will direct you to your drop-off or pick-up location. Note: Be mindful of speed limit changes on route 100.
For GPS/phone, you can use 2733 Saywer Hill Road, MT. Holly, VT 05758 to reach Sawyer Hill Rd off of Route 103.
- After turning onto Sawyer Hill Rd, follow it for 2.8 miles. The road will fork, stay left.
- The entrance will be on your left.
- After arrival at SAM camp, The Clearing families will recieve further directions to The Clearing, a bit down the road.
Pick-Up, Drop-Off, and Visiting Day
What to Know
Please make note of the following drop-off, pick-up, and visiting day details. If an emergency arises and your child will not be on time, please notify us as soon as possible. If the adults visiting or picking-up a child are not the parents/guardians or authorized pick-up listed on the camper registration, you must let the camp director and admissions know in writing (via e-mail) in advance.
Please do not bring any pets on Farm and Wilderness property as we have livestock on our farms. Leaving pets alone in a car is not an option. Please make arrangements in advance to not have your pets with you if you plan to exit your vehicle for pick up/drop off as they may not exit the vehicle with you, even if on a leash.

Session 1 Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop Off- Wednesday, June 24: Afternoon time slots as provided by Admissions.
Shuttle from NYC due to arrive by 4-5pm, and admissions will let shuttle rider families know when their children have arrived!
Pickup- Thursday July 16: Morning time slots as provided by Admissions.
Shuttle to NYC leaves F&W in the morning and admissions will update shuttle rider families on arrival times (late afternoon-ish)!
Full Summer Visiting Day
If full season families wish, they may pick their child up from camp on the closing day of Session 1 for the whole time between sessions and return them to camp on the Session 2 drop off day.
If families would like to take their child for a shorter length of time during the inter-session time, arrangements can be made ahead of time with Admissions & the Camp Director. There are specific time windows when pick ups and drop offs can occur to best work with the planned activities.
Campers who stay with us for the changeover are treated to special fun activities with a select group of staff while everyone else gets ready to welcome the next batch of campers. If your camper stays with us for changeover and is attending a different camp for Session 2, we’ll arrange their travel between camps!
Session 2 Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop off- Sunday, July 19: Afternoon time slots as provided by Admissions.
