In cased you missed the article in the Vermont Journal or Mountain Times,The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's (DEC) Clean Water Initiative Program (CWIP) is funding a project to help improve water quality in our very own Woodward Reservoir.

This process will improve water quality in the reservoir, resulting in cooler temperatures and clearer water. Reducing sediment and nutrient pollution  will play a key role in preserving and restoring the local habitats for the organisms that call the reservoir home.

Conservation is central to Farm & Wilderness and it is an exciting honor to further the work protecting the ecological habitats that surround camp. The Vermont wilderness is an incredibly special place we aim to preserve for many years to come.

Thank you to Mountain Times & Vermont Journal for sharing this exciting news with our community. Check out the articles for more information on the project.
