We are off and running at the BDC and things could not be better. We started off with three fabulous days of sunny hot and stormy wet days of camp. We have learned about how camp runs, took swim tests, milked the goat, took the baby pig for walks, built fires, fixed the chicken door, climbed the climbing wall, made art in the new art barn and made group contracts.
Finally, we landed on the sunniest best day of the week for our Adventure Day.

Gardening at Tamarack Farm, on a Pirate adventure on Woodward Reservoir, on a scavenger hunt, swimming at the BDC, exploring the Indian Brook Adventure ropes course, exploring Crooked shelter and canoeing at Chittendon Reservoir. What an awesome Adventure Day and first week of camp we have had.
