Retreat Facilities
Our camp facilities are available for rent for in the fall and spring months. Rental groups have included professional, spiritual and atheltic retreats, weddings, and family reunions.The available facilities are described below. The Timberlake Facility
Timberlake Camp is located on a beautiful hillside in the Plymouth Valley above the northeast shore of Woodward Reservoir. A main lodge provides electricity, an industrialized kitchen, eating space for 120 people, meeting space and bathroom/showers with hot water. A dozen three sided cabins are scattered throughout the fields and forests of the camp. These cabins are equipped with bunk beds and mattresses and sleep about 10 people each. Composting outhouses and water spigots for washing hands and brushing teeth are located in the cabin areas. Two hot water shower platforms are located near the cabins. The Timberlake canoes and waterfront are available for your use during your stay but we require a lifeguard to be on duty when you use them. Timberlake is available for rental during the months of September, October and May only.
The Indian Brook Facility
Indian Brook Camp is located on a beautiful hillside in the Plymouth Valley above the southeast shore of Woodward Reservoir. Two main lodges provide electricity, an industrialized kitchen, eating space for 150 people, meeting space and bathroom/showers with hot water. Several three sided cabins are scattered throughout the fields and forests of the camp. These cabins are equipped with bunk beds and mattresses. Composting outhouses and water spigots for washing hands and brushing teeth are located in the cabin areas. Two enclosed hot water shower houses are located near the lodges. The Indian Brook canoes and waterfront are available for your use during your stay but we require a lifeguard to be on duty when you use them. Indian Brook is available for rental during September, October and May only.
The Tamarack Farm Facility
The Tamarack Farm facility hosts our Farm Education Program for School groups.
Tamarack Farm is located along the shore of Woodward Reservoir, nestled in a scenic glacial valley. The farmhouse provides heated spaces, electricity, an industrialized kitchen, eating space for 120 people, meeting spaces, a living room with wood-burning stove, and bathrooms/showers with hot water. Up to 25 guests can sleep in the farmhouse on bunk beds with mattresses. There are 12 beds in the downstairs bunkroom, and three to eight beds in each of the four upstairs bedrooms. Indoor flush toilets are available in addition to composting outhouses. The front porch overlooks an organic farm with an animal barn in the distance. The surrounding woodlands offer hundreds of acres of forests, meadows, streams and ponds to explore and enjoy.
