Education Programs
In the fall, winter and spring, F&W’s Education Programs offer experiential daylong and multi-day adventures for both children and adults. The mission of the F&W Education Program is to extend F&W's core values to nearby communities during the school year. These values include: honoring the light of the spirit within each person, building community through cooperative efforts, resolving conflicts peacefully, and respecting the natural world through stewardship and simple living. We offer Education Programs from mid-August through the end of October, and from mid-April though the first week of June.
Participants acquire tools for the future as they build skills, knowledge and community. Education Programs are available in the following program areas:
- Outdoor Education
- Organic Farming
- Environmental Sustainability
- Health & Wellness
- Teambuilding Adventures
- Leadership Development
All of our Education Programs are flexibly designed, so that they can be tailored to fit the needs of your group.
