Tuition

The costs and dates listed on this page are for Farm & Wilderness Overnight Camps in Summer 2009. Barn Day Camp tuiton information is on the right hand side of this page.

Charges for Farm & Wilderness 2009 are: $6800 for full season campers, $4250 for half season campers, and $2250 for J1 and A1 campers.

The tuition helps cover normal program expenses, laundry, one camp photograph or newsletter (which includes pictures) and a Fair T-shirt for Full and 2nd Half campers.

Extra Expenses: Extra expenses, if incurred, will be reflected on end-of-summer billing. See below for examples of extra expenses.

The current tuition must be paid in full by February 28th, 2009. Full tuition for applicants who enroll later than February 28th must accompany the enrollment application. Failure to meet payment deadline can result in cancellation of enrollment.

Open accounts from previous years must be paid in full before an application for a returning camper or sibling can be accepted.

Extra Expenses:

Store Charges
Store inventories are restricted to essentials such as toiletries, batteries, stamps, etc.
Fair Charges
Our annual Fair on August 15th is a fund-raising event for the Campership Fund. Each full and second-half camper will be charged for $15 worth of tickets.
Transportation Charges
If you send your child on one of our chartered, chaperoned buses or if we need to pick your child up at the airport, etc., there will be an additional charge payable in advance.
Baggage and Shipping Charges
The cost of shipping baggage home via UPS.
Lost and Found
The cost of shipping home lost and found. Note: only those personal belongings that are identifiable and believed to be worth $20 or more will be shipped back home. All unclaimed lost and found belongings will be donated to local shelters.
Medical Expenses
Medical expenses not covered by the camper health and accident insurance will also be billed to you at the end of the summer.
