How to Register for Farm & Wilderness Camps
We are delighted that you want to register your child for a Farm & Wilderness Summer Camp. On this page, we explain how to register by sending us a complete enrollment packet. Other pages in this section describe the tuition, the summer camp session dates, and financial aid. To register for any of the F&W summer camps, a family who is not seeking Financial Aid/Campership Funds must send in two things: a completed camper application form and the non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit. Your enrollment is not considered complete until we have both form and deposit.
If you intend to apply for Financial Aid/Campership funds, your enrollment packet would instead consist of three things: a completed camper application, a completed Campership application, and a refundable $250 campership deposit.

Overnight Camps Registration forms
If you are ready to register for any of our overnight programs, please click here to use our downloadable Overnight Camps Registration Form . Enrollment begins each fall for the following summer. Camps fill up early, so don't delay!
If you need financial aid ('Camperships'), please visit the Financial Aid page for forms, schedules, and instructions. F&W does not offer a sibling discount, but we encourage you to apply for financial aid if sending more than one child to camp is a hardship.
Barn Day Camp
If you are ready to register for The Barn Day Camp, please download and fill out the Barn Day Camp Registration Form. Barn Day Camp registration begins in early spring for the following summer.
If you need financial aid ('Camperships') for a BDC camper, please visit the Financial Aid page for forms, schedules, and instructions. F&W does not offer a sibling discount, but we encourage you to apply for financial aid if sending more than one child to camp is a hardship.
Family Camp
If you are ready to register for Family Camp, please download and fill out the Family Camp Registration Form . The Family Camp registration deadline is March 31st.
