School Groups
During the school-year, F&W offers experiential daylong and multi-day Education Programs for school groups. Each year, the experienced Education Program Staff at F&W serves approximately 1,000 students of all ages from schools in greater New England.
Teachers can choose from a variety of curriculum areas and craft a unique field trip suited to the needs of their students. Our staff will work with you to create a dynamic, interesting, hands-on adventure for your class.
Curriculum areas include:
- Environmental Education, including topics on environmental sustainability
- Outdoor Education, including outdoor and wilderness living skills
- Organic Farm Education, including topics on sustainable agriculture
- Teambuilding Adventures, including work projects, ropes courses and group initiatives
- Health and Wellness
- Leadership Development, including service projects
